The projectteam consists of all the people who play a part in the temparaly projectorginisation and contribute to the projectresult. A projectteam often is dynamic because some parties are only involved with the project in a certain phase. RACI is a format to create a view of the people involved in the project team, and set all tasks roles in a RACI model. A successful projectteam has focus on the main result, but does not neglect the individual goals of the teammembers in the process so they can maximize their effort in relation to the project. A raci model or raci matrix helps giving a view of all responsibilities.
